La Mansion is just that. Large and spacious rooms for a comfortable stay with your large family and friends. It sleeps 20 with four bedroom three bath home with an open concept kitchen and living room. It has a large master bedroom with private bath on one side of the house and another large bunk room on the other side of the house with a private bath. The other two rooms are also spacious and share a bath. Outside sits a beautiful pool with a cabana and half bath. Perfect for those lazy days at the river. Just outside the cabana is a fire pit for late nights around the fire enjoying your family and friends and roasting marshmallows and making smores.

  We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Frio Family Getaway. The access to the river was almost 3 miles away, but the home provided free river parking for two cars about 100 yards from the river. We had a bunch of stuff so we paid $30 to park near the river for one car and the other cars used the passes. The home, pool, outdoor area were perfect for our large family. Next time I will pay $10/bed for sheets, it was a hassle to bring our own. The host was wonderful!!! She kept me updated and was quick to respond to my questions. We had a great time and would definitely return!!!
